Prior to shipping, all of our candles are carefully inspected for any damages and flaws.

However, for any damages that may have done to the product during shipment within seven (7) days of purchase provided that the candle is unburned and in the original packaging. Email us at aeraphy.hello@gmail.com along with a photo of the product to request a free return shipping label from us.

Subsequently, you may opt for a refund or exchange.
